This warranty applies to all Atlas devices purchased directly from Spartn or our authorized retailers.
Terms and Conditions
The One-Year Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period of one year from the date of purchase. During this period, Spartn will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, accidents, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at hello@spartnskin.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
In the event that repairs cannot restore the normal conditions of the product, Spartn will provide a replacement of the same model. If the same model is not available, we will provide a model of equal value.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us for warranty service. We will cover the shipping costs to send the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
